Rodrigues moves from The Big Kick, where she headed up the Nestlé Confectionery and Nestlé Cereal Partner accounts.
Prior to The Big Kick, she worked at The Marketing Store where she managed the McDonald’s account for the UK and Irish Republic.
At Carbon she will cover the maternity leave of long-time Carbon stalwart Becky Allam working on brands including Mars Petcare and telecoms giant HTC.
Carbon has also appointed Sophie Colley to work across its baby and toddler foods brand Organix and Spinmaster Toys as well as Mars Ice Cream.
