
Franco Caroleo has joined as general manager and Paul Riley as executive head chef.
Kudos has a six-year contract to provide food and management services at the venue.
Caroleo returns to Kudos after previously working at the business from 2002 until 2006 as general manager.
He will be responsible for the overall management of the food, drink and events offer at the museum, including the cafe, the events space and the fifth floor restaurant and bar Kaleido.
Michele Somers, head of commercial development at the National Football Museum, said: "We are thrilled that this experienced team is running the café, restaurant and events space. We are confident that this will help us deliver the highest quality experience for all our visitors."
