The network for 16- to 24-year-olds, which is funded by advertising, has teamed up with the Rise Festival to offer its members a "money can't buy" experience for the day.
Performers in this year's line-up include London producer Casso Blax, Jimmy Cliff, The Dap Kings and the Dub Pistols.
A competition will also be held to award successful fans backstage access on the day so they can rub shoulders with the headliners.
Dean Merrion from Blyk said: "Music is at the heart of our strategy to offer our members exclusive access to things that they love. Our music programme now offers Blyk members direct access and dialogue to more than 30 artists including The Streets, Dizzee Rascal and The Kooks.
"As well as receiving updates on new releases, members will get to download exclusive tracks and see clips of music videos and interviews direct to their handsets for free."
The Rise Festival is being held at London's Finsbury Park on Sunday July 13.
