Launching on 1 August and running every day until 31 August, the experience has been dubbed as a sensory, interactive journey, explaining the history and evolution of the martini cocktail.
Big names from the worlds of photography, set design, film and music have been commissioned to create works based on 'martini legends’ such as Ernest Hemingway, Kate Moss and James Bond. While exploring the exhibition, guests can sample three miniature martini ‘flights’ – shaken versus stirred, a choice of vermouths and wet versus dry.
Different garnishes will also be offered to let guests create the perfect drink for their own palates. A full-size version of the preferred cocktail will be available to purchase, as well as a selection of martinis inspired by the exhibition.
In conjunction with the experience, a pop-up martini bar will be open from 6-12pm Monday-Thursday and 12-6pm on Sundays.
Claire Smith, head of mixology and spirit create at Belvedere Vodka, said: "The martini is one of the world’s most iconic drinks, it is steeped with history and glamour, yet is extremely divisive."
"We want to demystify the drink, helping people work out which martini suits their palate and teaching them that there really is a martini to suit everyone."
The exhibition has been created as part of Belvedere’s Know the Difference campaign, which highlights the brand’s Polish heritage and encourages consumers to focus on pure vodka.
Entrance to the event is free, while the tasting experience is priced at £15.
