Ocean Media Group, organiser of the Event Production Show, has appointed Ascot Structures to provide a temporary structure that will house seminars known as Access Sessions at this year's event.

Speakers at the sessions include Michael Eavis, Glastonbury Festival; Terry Burwell, director of competitions and tournaments at the RFU; John Probyn, Live Nation chief operating officer, UK Music; Paul Samuels, sponsorship and events manager at Diageo GB; and Peter Spencer, MD of the Gaymer Cider Company.

Eavis will talk about the evolution of Glastonbury festival.

Ascot Structures will be supplying a 10x15 metre Clearspan from its newly launched range of coloured PVC structures, with red and black sides and a red roof to fit the Access Sessions' branding.

"With our most prestigious line-up of speakers to date, we wanted to ensure that our speakers and visitors had the best environment possible from which to enjoy the Access Sessions. We chose Ascot Structures because not only does it provide a great quality product, but its customer service levels and attention to detail are exemplary," said event manager Michelle Tayton.
