The Base London account was won after a competitive pitch led by planning director Euan Ross. He will also lead the team in developing media strategies for the popular men's footwear brand, in a deal worth £2m.
At the same time, the agency said it had won the John R Weir media account, which covers seven luxury car dealerships across Scotland. It will be headed by David Tobin, director of MediaCom Scotland, and is worth £500,000.
The two appointments push MediaCom Scotland's new-business wins for 2004 over the £5m mark.
Euan Jarvie, managing director of MediaCom Scotland, said: "We continue to improve the range and quality of our offering and it is clearly being recognised by advertisers across the whole of the UK as something they want."
