
Over the next five years, TfL will make its calendar of conferences and events available for Mclcreate, alongside four other selected companies, who will then bid for each project.
TfL employs more than 25,000 workers, and the scope of events likely to be offered is broad, ranging from smaller functions to large-scale AGMs.
Tim Spencer, managing director of Mclcreate, said: "This is a great opportunity to work with one of the country’s key transport operators. We offer a one-stop shop for events, and are looking forward to combining our event management expertise and technical knowhow for TfL."
The win represents the agency's second partnership with a large transport organisation. It successfully bid in a similar tender process run by Network Rail in 2013.
