The company claims that Horizon Lite, which is priced at £5,000, enables users to analyse their data without having to use complex and expensive software. Users can compare their existing customer database with the Market Location database to gauge the accuracy of their information.
The software is aimed at businesses that may not employ trained data analysts and is simple enough for sales and marketing people to use.
Horizon Lite can be accessed online, where users can view features such as customised graphs and charts of key company data in the My Horizon section of the site, and data audit reports. All reports can be exported into a PDF or Excel format.
Nigel Bennett, Market Location's sales director, said: "The benefits of understanding customer data and applying it to a business needn't be reserved for large organisations.
"Marketers and sales professionals with SMEs are ideally positioned to benefit from data intelligence at the touch of a button, providing clear direction to their customer acquisition and retention activities.
"Many marketers still associate investment in CRM software and data analytics with spending huge amounts of money, only to end up with inflexible systems that are difficult to operate.
"This no longer holds true as Horizon Lite delivers what many serious data warehousing installations have failed to do, delivering a data analysis tool that delivers real and usable insight which doesn't depend on a huge investment."
