The channel, which will be presented by Bonny Hall, head buyer at LoveHoney.co.uk, said its format would be similar to QVC, by displaying price and product details on screen. An online shopping basket will allow users to buy items without changing screens.
Sex Toys TV has also lined up a mysterious sex toy inventor called The Professor, and television relationship expert Tracey Cox, who will offer product demonstrations for the channel's range of adult aids.
LoveHoney.co.uk said that with 69% of households having broadband access, Sex Toys TV would offer customers the chance to purchase adult products from home.
