LoveFilm launches first Android app

LoveFilm, the movie rental service, has launched its debut Android app, which allows members to browse and select movie rentals on the go.

The app is free to download and allows users to read reviews, watch trailers and choose films from its 70,000 title catalogue, which will be posted to the customer.

The Amazon-owned LoveFilm has already launched iPhone and Nokia apps with the same functionality.
