The initiative also sees the launch of "You First" SMS alert service, which will enable Telegraph readers and Lloyds TSB customers to receive personalised alerts about entertainment and offers from Telegraph Box Office, free of charge.
The deal was brokered by: Nick Russell, strategic planner at Telegraph Group; Will Aves, press buying director, and Dave Egerton, planning director, at ZenithOptimedia; and Eithne Anderson, brands communication manager at Lloyds TSB.
Russell said: "The sponsorship of the Telegraph Box Office fits with Lloyds TSB's philosophy of putting customers first as users are often given priority access to tickets. The launch of the SMS alert service, specially created for the Lloyds TSB deal, is a great example of Telegraph Group's creativity and ability to implement unique solutions for clients."
Egerton added: "The Telegraph pitch showed great understanding of Lloyds TSB brand proposition and the message we are trying to get across to our customers. We were impressed by the initiative and originality of the 'You First' SMS service and we look forward to a successful 12 months in partnership with the Telegraph Group."
