The 90-second spot, created by Saatchi & Saatchi, features English sporting legends including Sir Trevor Brooking, Jack Charlton and Stuart Pearce, who combine to deliver "Probably the best team talk in the world" to the England team.
As the players then make their way up the tunnel and on to the pitch, they are spurred on by a host of celebrities, from world darts champion Phil ‘The Power' Taylor, to Sky Sports anchor Jeff Stelling.
Also featured are the members of the rock band Kasabian, adventurer Sir Ranulph Fiennes, cricketer Sir Ian Botham, Olympic rower Sir Steve Redgrave, athlete Dame Kelly Holmes, and World Superbike champion Carl Fogarty.
As the ad concludes, the England team is met at the end of the tunnel by the late Bobby Moore, England's 1966 World Cup-winning captain.
The full 90-second spot first aired on Saturday, with shorter edits also being broadcast in the run-up to the world cup.
The TV work will be supported by a dedicated website, englandteamtalk.com, that includes behind-the-scenes footage of the ad and interviews with some of the stars.
Paul Davies, the director of brands and insight and Carlsberg UK, said: "This ad has been in the making for months, and we hope it can help deliver some additional inspiration for the England team and the fans."
