Land Rover extends relationship with Ion Group

LONDON - Land Rover has reappointed Ion Group to operate its multi-channel sales lead management centre for another three years.

Ion is responsible for: inbound and outbound telephone activity; enquiries and responses across email, the internet and the post; event management and administration; brochure fulfilment; tactical promotional activity and dealer network support.

The relationship goes back more than 15 years and achieved a number of awards for customer service.

Serge Sergiou, CRM manager at Land Rover, said: "Ion Group is aligned with Land Rover's brand values and strategic objectives, its agents are brand-focused and prepared to go that extra mile to deliver excellent customer service."
