Overlooking the river it will seat 18 people around one table, giving them the opportunity to look in on the chefs as they prepare a menu of at least five courses.
Clifford, who is also chef patron at Midsummer House in Cambridge, will be joined by some of the UK’s other leading chefs, including Sat Bains, Claude Bosi and Tom Kitchin each spending at least one week in the restaurant.
Running until the end of September, the unique dining experience will also include unique sound and light concepts. Tickets cost £175 per person for lunch or £215 for dinner.
Clifford said: "This is a unique dining experience and one that I am really pleased to be a part of. The Cube is a great way to showcase some of the brilliant and diverse food that we have in this country and I am really proud to be able to support this."
The news comes in addition to a number of recent successes for Clifford, who was r; and also won his regional heat on the BBC’s Great British Menu programme. To leave a comment and let us know your thoughts.
