
Run by event agency Sevens7, it was originally due to close at the end of September.
It can seat up to 18 people for a dinner, or accommodate 40 for a reception, and overlooks the River Thames.
Menus are created by Michelin-starred chefs, who together have successfully catered for more than 4,000 guests since its opening on 1 June.
The Cube has already visited cities including Brussels and Milan, and will continue travelling Europe once its London residency comes to an end.
