Jockey Club Racecourses owns 14 racecourses in the UK including Cheltenham, Aintree and Epsom.
The partnership will allow Nectar cardholders to use their points on tickets to events such as the StanJames UK Guineas Festival at Newmarket on May 3.
Points will also be redeemable against race meetings at Aintree, Carlisle, Cheltenham, Epsom Downs, Exeter, Haydock Park, Huntingdon, Kempton Park, Market Rasen, Nottingham, Sandown, Warwick and Wincanton.
Information about the Jockey Club Racecourses deal will be sent to 10m households in the UK, which already belong to the Nectar loyalty card scheme, including details on how to redeem their points against race day tickets.
Selected card holders will also be contacted through an email campaign promoting the offer.
Andrew Gould, acting chief executive at Jockey Club Racecourses, said: "Racing is a sport which is already enjoyed by many hundreds of thousands of people across the UK. However we are continually striving to open it up to new markets and encourage more people to experience for themselves what a great day out a trip to the races can be."
Jon Sheekey, marketing director at Nectar, said: "On average, 19 Nectar cards are swiped by participating stores every second of the day which is an incredible statistic. As a marketing platform on which to promote racing at some of the UK's top racecourses, there is no doubt of its power to reach out to new audiences."
