will use the software to build and maintain a single customer view of each of its 4.5m registered users from historical and real-time data.
It will also switch its previously separate job alert and email marketing applications to the Neolane platform.
Belinda Lush, head of product marketing at Jobsite, said: "Our current separate job alert and email marketing applications are labour intensive and use valuable resources that could be better spent elsewhere.
"By replacing these with Neolane we will integrate the two types of communications, boost our data analytics, customer intelligence and reporting -- enabling a better service to our registered users and the agencies and employers promoting their vacancies on Jobsite."
The company currently sends out a total of around 20m emails per month to its users.
In the long term Jobsite expects to make use of Neolane's cross-channel marketing capabilities to incorporate personalised direct mail and SMS communications.
