Hartley, who is group ad marketing director, is due to leave February 27 and her replacement will be sought by Neil Perkin, ad director of marketing and strategy.
At Marketforce, Hartley joins the board and will head the team providing magazine market insight to retail customers, publisher clients and internal departments.
