FLTR is claimed to be the only service in the market to offer clients access to blended data from the top European suppliers.
The service condenses a client's data into a single view. It fixes incorrect postal addresses and allows the data to be analysed in context, enabling Information Arts to suppress the data held.
Clients provide a copy of their data in a predefined format and following receipt of the first audit report identify which elements they want to improve.
Information Arts then returns the cleaned and improved data.
FLTR also provides clients with management reports detailing the condition of the data, identifying where Information Arts can match, improve, suppress and enhance the information, on a continuing basis.
Simon Lawrence, CEO of Information Arts, said: "Through FLTR we can enable our clients to have their data analysed in a holistic manner, identifying areas where it needs to be suppressed."
Information Arts is also expanding its senior management team with the appointment of Philip Carpenter as client business director and Dean Bond as senior systems architect.
