What is it?
The Natural History Museum has launched a purpose built lecture theatre called the Neil Chalmers Seminar Room and refurbished its gallery, Images of Nature, which will be available to hire for events for the first time.

What’s it got?
Images of Nature will feature a range of artistic forms including prints, watercolours and oil paintings set alongside scientific images such as tiny stained-glass window-like meteorite slices and a three dimensional scan of a shark head.

The space can accommodate 150 guests for a reception and 80 guests seated. It can also be hired in conjunction with the Darwin Centre, providing space for pre-dinner drinks.
 
The Neil Chalmers Seminar Room seats 68 guests and is located off the Darwin Centre atrium.

It features state-of-the-art AV equipment and boasts a break-out space overlooking the grounds of the Darwin Centre.
