A total of 350 guests gathered to enjoy the outdoor space and see breakdancers and parkour ensemble 3Run perform.

Entertainment agency Full Circle provided the acts, which also included a trio of percussionists led by managing director Richard Joy.

As dusk fell, guests were invited inside the Darwin Centre to enjoy sweet treats in the specially created lounge areas, in which White Light had enriched the architecture with its latest hi-tech lighting system. A DJ, accompanied by a percussionist, performed on the balcony overlooking the Darwin Centre’s eight-storey cocoon.

The Recipe created an 'urban picnic' for guests to enjoy food outside in a 'contemporary style', including a salad bar, pastry pantry, griddle, sweet treats and canapes.

Great Hire, Blitz, Lavender Green and Alex Freeman Photography also supplied the event.
