These caterers will join the event space's list from January 2010.

"The quality of tenders we received this year was extremely high, however the innovation, responsible business ethic and industry reputation of The Recipe, Payne & Gunter and Table Talk set them apart from their counterparts, and we are very much looking forward to working with them as of January," said Natural History Museum operations manager Nigel Mullins.

Paolo Bastiani, event manager at Natural History Museum told Event that the final list of suppliers is not expected until 2010.
