The coffee table book will feature an embossed fabric cover and will showcase the company's 200-year history. It has been created using material from the V&A archives and will include marketing posters from the 1830s.

The book also includes contributions from Heal's former owner Terence Conran and former employees.

Additionally there will be a section dedicated to the ‘Heal's ReDiscovers' project - where established designees such as Tom Dixon have been invited to create furniture and accessories inspired by key periods in Heal's history.

The book will be available in Heals stores from October and will be priced at £25.
