The additions bring the total number of personalised email addresses across 18 European nations to 200,458 contacts at 72,678 sites.
Harte-Hanks is also continuing its European monthly update cycle and claims to have 7,000 in-depth telephone conversations with senior decision makers a month with more than 200 selection criteria available.
The criteria include size of site, turnover of site, hardware, software and network infrastructure used at site, enterprise and company level.
The database offers email addresses of professionals with positions in technology, finance, marketing and sales, and human resources.
Didier Andrieu, managing director for Market Intelligence-Europe at Harte-Hanks, said: "We continue to invest in and enhance our database products, relying on live, telephone-based conversations to gather our data firsthand.
"Our e-target database allows our customers the ability to target senior technology decision makers by email and further allows multichannel targeting with the possibility to combine email with the other channels we have available; specifically direct mail and telephone."
