The new-look magazine, which goes on sale June 26, will include new features called Fact or Fiction, Out and About and The Relationship Test, in addition to its existing content.
It will aim to challenge IPC Media's Soaplife, which currently holds the number two spot in the weekly soap sector, behind All About Soap stablemate Inside Soap.
Lorna Cowan, editor of All About Soap, said: "Soapland is a more glamorous world these days -- stars look stunning and their lives are more fascinating than ever -- and as a result, All About Soap has grown up and gone for a new, sophisticated look. With a cleaner approach to design, and more sparkle in the features inside, I'm confident soap fans will love the look as much as we do."
The magazine is priced £1.20 and had a circulation of 101,420 in the latest round of ABCs for the July to December period.
Inside Soap is the top weekly soap magazine with an ABC figure of 237,242. Soaplife has a circulation of 114,965.
