The Richmond-based design firm will be headed up by Tim Petherbridge, Group360 chief executive, as managing director.
The new division will be launched as part of a revised group structure. It will work alongside sister companies Communique360 and brand development agency BBI360, which was launched towards the end of last year.
The company will work across Group360's client base, where there is a design remit, to create literature, brand implementation and graphic design for brand owners.
The agency will target prospects in the travel and leisure, professional services and financial, and automotive and luxury sectors.
Petherbridge said: "The creation of Pulse360 is a perfect complement to the existing communications proposition offered by our precision marketing specialist company Communique360 and brand development specialist BBI360.
"Overall, the launch of the new companies allows us to deliver as a group a seamless integrated service to the market, while having brands within our portfolio that can operate entirely independently."
