The agency, which offers marketing, new media, brand development and advertising services, has confirmed that it also plans a new media acquisition in the summer and is looking to pick up a data management and response analysis business before the end of the year.
Comminique 360 said that the growth will help it boosts its turnover in the coming months by as much as 20%.
The Field's managing director Simon Barbato and senior account director Pamela May will be relocated to Communique's Richmond office, taking with them clients including Virgin, Fulham FC and Johnnie Walker.
Tim Petherbridge, managing director of Communique 360, said: "We find the current business climate very positive so we are implementing a growth strategy that will build on our existing capabilities. We intend to offer clients the best of breed of 360-degree solution for their marketing needs through a boutique approach, which will allow them to buy part or all of our services."
Currently turning over in excess of £4m, Communique 360's clients include Monarch Airlines, Southern Trains, Capita, Travel Inn, Club Med, Virgin Holidays and The Learning and Skills Council.
