The estimated 拢2m business, which includes above- and below-the-line work across all disciplines, was won in a seven-way pitch that also involved the incumbent, Souk Communications.
The seven agencies were narrowed down to two by Jersey Tourism marketing manager Simon Le Hurray. C360 and Smarter Communications were each asked to present a strategic and creative pitch in Jersey.
Sunara Spires, managing director of C360, said the agency had presented a marketing strategy that showed off its precision marketing techniques to maximise customer acquisition.
"Jersey Tourism is going through huge changes with its rebranding work and the client wanted an agency that could carry that forward through all the creative."
Formerly client services and strategy director, Spires was appointed managing director of C360 in December. Since her appointment, the agency has also won the Central Trains business.
Former C360 managing director Simon Barbato now heads up branding agency BBI360, also part of Group 360.
