The five athletes join Sir Chris Hoy and Rebecca Adlington as sporting ambassadors for the Games, which come to Glasgow in July 2014.
The sporting champions will feature in a campaign to encourage everyone to be part of the UK's next major sporting occasion and the biggest sporting and cultural festival that Scotland has ever hosted.
As of yesterday the stars can be seen in outdoor posters and will also feature in a 40-second TV advert, which will be aired across Scotland and the north of England, and shown in cinemas, from next Monday.
Featuring Let's Go by Scottish DJ Calvin Harris as the soundtrack, the TV ad fires the starting pistol for the four-week ticketing phase where fans can apply for Games tickets across the 17 sports.
Around one million tickets will be available to the public with ticket prices starting at £15, and more than two-thirds of tickets costing less than £25.
Half-price tickets are available for under-16s and over-60s, and the application process is open until 16 September.
Ennis-Hill said: "Having a major Championships in Britain so soon after the Olympics in London is brilliant and to have the support of a crowd made up of all the home nations will really help us athletes achieve our best again.
"I will never forget the roar of the crowd in London and hope that everyone goes out to buy tickets to add their support for us all once again."
