The station, part of the company that owns the Gaydar gay dating website, claims 2m listeners in the UK, predominantly males in the 15- to 34-year-old age group. It is offering an associate sponsorship package, giving third parties the chance of brand partnership.
Sponsorship packages on offer include a series of digital radio spot ads and advertorials on Gaydar Radio as well as inclusion in its newsletter, which is sent to almost three-quarters-of-a-million Gaydar subscribers, and online banner ads.
There is also a premium package as sole advertiser on its Gaydar Radio Player, which is downloaded 1.6m times a month.
The Pride deal will see it add more than 50 hours of outside programming to its output and give Gaydar Radio a presence at the London event in July, as well as at Soho Pride, which will take over Soho Square for an eight-hour party on July 31.
Other events it is involved in are the Brighton & Hove Pride weekend and Manchester Pride, where it will broadcast from Manchester's famous Canal Street during the August bank holiday weekend.
Jamie Crick, station manager of Gaydar Radio, said: "Pride events offer advertisers unique and unparalleled access to our audience and we welcome the chance to work with other brands providing a perfect way of reaching an audience known to be loyal to companies who engage with the gay and lesbian community."
