
Lego: a word than can immediately spark a nostalgic wave in practically anyone. Lego is awesome. And its legend has continued as the company has grown and evolved over the years against stiff competition from Japanese toy crazes, video games, girls and alcopops.
Of course they've had to adapt and delve into the gaming market, which they've done with mixed success (primarily the Lego Star Wars, Batman, Indiana Jones series) but they also have a strong back catalogue of Flash games.
Like one of the games I blogged about a few weeks back Lego Agents 2.0: The Robot Chronicles this was also built by one of our direct competitors, this time 4T2, and so it is a testament to the game's quality that I'd give them exposure in my blog.
One of the most interesting parts of this execution is the way that they have built a narrative that allows them to use a variety of different sub-brands from within the Lego world and merges them all together seamlessly. Robot Chronicals is a technical achievement in flash games offering a sprawling cityscape with a lot of depth since the story allows you to take part in various vehicle-based adventures.
Its viral chart stats are showing this to be the UK traffic draw this week and so it seems the that rest of the web likes it as much as I do.
