The revamped site now boasts a number of different retail options, competitions, links and female football news, which hopes will make it a destination site for women. The redesign of the site was done by design agency Wilson & Cooke.
The changes come as deals with websites such as The Soccersite and Sporte.com, which have been retailing Footie Chick clothes, have helped see a massive turnover in the online retail sector for Footie Chick. Mail order company Grattons has also expressed interest in selling the clothes on its website.
Footie Chick has also linked up with the women's football magazine Fair Game. The magazine has launched an initiative to draw in new subscribers by offering a 拢12 voucher for Footie Chick clothing to any new readers.
Women's football website has expanded its services to its members by selling the clothes via the online Footie Chick shop, making the brand the only fashion label being sold through the site.
David Brint, owner of Footie Chick, said: "Working with websites is of high importance to us and we understand that today's customer is just as likely to buy on a website than in a shop. We are creating new options for our customers, which seem to have been received positively as Footie Chick clothes are flying off the virtual shelves."
Brint said that 10% of visitors to the site are buying the clothes online, which includes fitted T-shirts, vest tops, zipper hooded tops, long-sleeved baseball tops and handbags.
