The album will be taken down from the website for a week after the official release.
Fans of the band were also able to preview the album through the Sun Online website for the last two days through a We7 widget.
The Florence and The Machine tie-up follows former Pulp frontman Jarvis Cocker's newest solo effort 'Further Complications', which was streamed by We7 through the Guardian website a week ahead of its official release.
Ad-funded We7 is in the middle of a large-scale viral campaign aimed at growing its user base to more than 1m.
The company is running a competition that encourages users to create a playlist of seven songs for a chance to win £1,000.
Entrants are invited to share their playlists through social media websites and the user whose playlist gets listened to the most will be declared the winner.
The band, led by singer Florence Welch, drew one of the biggest crowds of the weekend, according to when they played on the John Peel Stage at Glastonbury and won rave reviews.
Florence and The Machine, one of the most hotly tipped bands by the music press for 2009, is set to repeat its Glastonbury success when it supports Blur in Hyde Park today.
