The campaign, which has been developed by Liquid Communications, will offer business commuters travelling on the Peterborough to London mainline the chance to win back £408, the equivalent of four weekly season tickets, by visiting the First Capital Connect or completing the mail out.
An additional mailing will target families travelling between London and Brighton, and offers a 15% reduction on fares to central London, and four cash prizes of £320 -- the price of 20 cheap-day returns.
First Capital Connect said a winner would be chosen every week for each mailing campaign completed by the recipients.
Olly Raeburn, managing partner at Liquid Communications, said the mailings would: "Feature eye-catching illustrations that are sympathetic to our target audiences, as well as carrying information on fare savings and the prize draw."
