Initially, will open offices in Paris and Los Angeles, followed by future plans to expand into Germany, Italy and Spain.
The Paris operation is to be headed up by Emmanuelle Moss, who has been appointed to the role of business development director for France. Moss joins from online content provider FeedZilla, where she also headed up business development.
The LA offices will be headed by Liraz Birnbaum, who joins from SCB Media and will specialise in contextual online advertising.
Paul Smith, joint managing director of Eyeconomy|Nash, said: "We are using our £1m investment for 2008 wisely. France is the second-largest European market in terms of online advertising, so opening a new office here provides us with a gateway to Western Europe.
"The US is particularly ahead of the game in terms of contextual advertising. We have therefore brought in an experienced US specialist who can not only boost our offerings in this method of online advertising, but who can also directly target our service offerings to US advertisers."
