
Bell will be responsible for strengthening the agency's relationships with its clients, which include Coca-Cola, Emirates, GSK, Philips and Vodafone, and working with them to devise creative ideas.
As client services director at , Bell oversaw all aspects of the integrated Samsung account, from experiential, sponsorship and OOH through to strategy development and delivery, digital and social and traditional advertising.
Prior to joining Cheil, Bell worked his way up from account executive to business director at Saatchi & Saatchi, where he worked with brands including Toyota, Lexus, Carlsberg and Guinness.
