
Ryan was previously group executive creative director at agency Karmarama, which she joined in 2013. Prior to that she spent 14 years at Proximity, and counts Volkswagen, Mars, Eurostar and Lloyds as past clients.
In the new role Ryan will run Cheil’s creative output across all clients. She will report to group chief executive Paul Hammersley.
