"There is definitely a return of confidence. The nature of our work is more on internal brand events, but we are seeing clients and agency peers wanting to be more creative and include experiential in these types of events, which is a growing opportunity for the industry.
With digital being incorporated more into experiences, event content will be driven by delegates. Clients are also excited about the crossover of hybrid and virtual events. This means agencies will need more creative teams on the ground instead of in offices, to help deliver experiences in a dynamic way and in real time."
