Finch has most recently helped develop a multi-platform commercial strategy for Magic, alongside its managing director Andria Vidler, and will now work to create a new commercial strategy for Kiss.
Beeney, who joined Emap Radio soon after the Guardian Media Group bought the Saga network, has left the company after less then six months and is replaced by Kelly Snook, who is currently station and commercial director for Kiss 105-108 in Bury St Edmunds.
Julian Hotchkiss, station and commercial director for Kiss in Bristol, has also parted company with Emap after it was deemed fresh blood was needed at the higher levels of the network. Bosses are now recruiting to fill the vacancies left by both Snook's promotion and Hotchkiss' departure.
Parkinson, who carried out a similar joint role at Chrysalis where he was managing director of Heart and marketing director of Chrysalis Radio before joining Emap in 2005, said: "The one thing Kiss needs is consistency and continuity."
When Griffin announced his resignation in December, the company said the recruitment process for the managing director role would start in the New Year, with the aim of making an appointment in the first quarter of 2007.
Parkinson added: "Kiss relaunched as an expanded network in September last year and has seen huge creativity and improvements in programming, branding and the way we interact with our listeners.
"We now want to improve Kiss' commercial strategy across the business."
