The activity, created by Mather, will target warm donors, mainly women between the ages of 45 and 65.

The pack includes examples of how Dogs Trust treats dogs suffering from different injuries as well as what donations will pay for. Examples featured in the mailer include Honey, a whippet that was knocked down by a car and Fuchsia, a terrier that had special contact lenses fitted after being attacked with acid and tar.

Dogs Trust is an animal welfare charity specialising in the wellbeing of dogs. It provides kennels for dogs that are abandoned or given up by their owners and has 17 rehoming centres around the UK.
