Dennis' iGizmo launches with 100,000 subscribers

LONDON - Dennis Publishing has said that its new email magazine iGizmo has launched with more than 100,000 subscribers.

The fortnightly digital publication is sent directly to subscribers' inboxes. It is free and aimed at ABC1 men aged between 25 and 45.

The e-mag carries news about gadgets and lets subscribers watch reviews and play with 360-degree product shots.

The second issue is due out on March 25. Advertisers signed up include PlayStation games 'Gods of War' and 'Gran Turismo 5: Prologue'.

The interactive format used for the editorial can also be applied to advertising in the title.

Ross Burridge, editor of iGizmo, said: "We are receiving fantastic feedback from advertisers who find the format so versatile for showing off new products in an innovative and lifelike way."
