The , which is running on cult animation and gaming website , is the fourth in the "goovie" series.
"Frankenstein" features Weebl's Stuff characters Weebl and Bob playing out scenes with a Creme Egg Twisted monster they've created.
Independent online ad agency w00t!media, which represents Weebl's Stuff, developed the creative idea alongside Cadbury and media agency Starcom.
The latest spoof movie follows on from those released earlier in the year to complement Creme Egg's Easter campaign: "Here today, Goo tomorrow."
Previous "goovies" include 'Goo Fiction', 'Raiders of the Lost Goo' and 'Goo-lien'.
Austen Kay, director of w00t!media, said: "Cadbury is releasing a new Creme Egg product, so this goovie has taken a slightly different direction -- a monster made of broken Creme Eggs.
"The original campaign got a great reception from Cadbury's desired audience of 16- to 24-year-olds on Weebl's Stuff, so we're confident this will be just as successful."
