Cramm Francis Woolf's future rests on meeting

A spokesman for chartered accountant Moore Stephens confirmed that it was working with Cramm Francis Woolf and liquidation was under discussion.

CFW is an independent below-the-line agency based in Covent Garden. Previously based in Hampshire, it has worked for clients including: American Express; BAA; Friends Provident: the COI, on Learning and Skills and the Passport Agency; and the Army on sales promotion and direct marketing activity.

The agency was established in 1993 by Paul Woolf and Brian Francis. Francis retired in 2001 and was bought out by fellow directors. He passed away in April 2004.

Woolf was managing director until 2004, when he moved to the US. He was succeeded by planning director Kevin Allen, the agency's current managing director.
