In an exclusive chat with Event magazine, Clarkson said: "There is no pre-pack or phoenixing of Red Snapper Events. I am not rising the company from the ashes. It is actually being sold by the administrators Middleton Partners."

Talking about new company Red Snapper Projects, which Clarkson registered with Companies House on 31 March this year, he added that this had nothing to do with Red Snapper Events.
A holding page for redsnapperprojects.com has an email address to a firm called "The London Kitchen".
Clarkson will be in a position to reveal more to Event magazine about Red Snapper Projects in the coming weeks.
