Clarion Events has handed its AV supplier contract, for 23 of its UK events to Aztec Event Services and DB Systems.
The two firms have agreed a three-year contract with the event giant, which involves a six-month probationary period.
They were appointed after a nine-way pitch handled by Clarion and the firm's overseas AV supplier, Revelation Event Management. Revelation MD Matt Sims drew up a shortlist of four, as did Clarion, and the two lists were compared.
Both lists consisted entirely of Event Supplier and Services Association members.
