Clevver TV, the company's online television series, was launched last month and features short entertainment news snippets, ranging from the latest in celebrity gossip to movie premieres.
Dozens of clips will be made available immediately and new shows will be added every month.
Under the agreement, Blinkx will place contextually relevant ads against Clevver's video and the two firms will share the resulting ad revenue.

now has more than 350 partners and 26m hours of indexed video and audio content, including favourite TV moments, news clips, short documentaries, music videos and video blogs.
