Billingsley quits Orange for Saatchi & Saatchi Asia

LONDON - Justin Billingsley, the brand director at Orange, is leaving to take on the role of regional chief executive for Saatchi & Saatchi Asia.

Spencer McHugh, the head of brand communications at Orange, will replace Billingsley as the new brand director.

During his tenure at Orange, Billingsley has overseen the launch of the global ‘I am' campaign by Fallon and the appointment of Mediaedge:cia to its £76 million media planning and buying business.

He has focused moving marketing budgets into digital, and has overseen a recent push for Orange Wednesdays.

Billingsley joined Orange in 2007 from his role as global marketing director for Nokia's music, fashion and premium division.

Prior to his role at Nokia, Billingsley was with Coca-Cola in various senior marketing roles.
