The Belfry, operated by De Vere Hotels, is expecting to complete the refurbishment by April this year. It includes an update to the venue's 21 conference and event suites and six boardrooms. The largest conference space, The Woodlands Suite, is available to seat 400 theatre-style or 300 for a banquet.

Other updates include Sam's Club House, previously known as Sam's Bar, which has been revamped and offers casual and formal dining spaces. The new 248-seater Ryder Grill overlooks the golf courses at the rear of the hotel and has two private dining rooms, while the Brabazon Bar, which opened in December, is located just off the lobby.

The Belfry also revealed 165 of its 'Signature' bedrooms will feature a new design using warm, rich colours and a classic modern theme, while the remainder of the venue's rooms will be completed this quarter, to enhance the full 319 rooms available.
