Bebo to promote Hallam Foe on online soap

LONDON - Buena Vista International has agreed a deal with Bebo to promote forthcoming British movie 'Hallam Foe' through the social networking site's online drama series, 'KateModern'.

'Hallam Foe''s lead actor Jamie Bell will make a cameo appearance in 'KateModern' alongside 'The Royle Family''s Ralph Little, via a series of video blog instalments that will feature on Bebo's 'KateModern' , from next week to promote the film's UK release on August 31.

'KateModern', an interactive drama series from the makers of 'LonelyGirl15', follows the story of a young female art student as she tries to make a name for herself in London's East End.

The David Mackenzie directed 'Hallam Foe', which opened the Edinburgh International Film Festival last week, follows a young man trying to uncover the cause of his mother's death in Glasgow.
