Beaven replaces John Weir, who leaves the company at the end of June. Beaven has been running Future Network's subsidiary FXM International, which manages Future's international Xbox-related activity outside the US, since June 2002.
Roberts steps up to publishing director from her current role of group publisher, where she was responsible for Future's 13 games titles.
